Return Policy Overview

Our store specializes in food items and currently ships exclusively within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a specific return policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any food items. This policy ensures the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers. Due to the perishable nature  and disease exposure nature of our plants once leaving our care, we are unable to accept returns on any plants.

Damages and Issues

We ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you encounter any issues such as defective or damaged items, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We are committed to evaluating the issue promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

All food and plant items sold in our store are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. This includes all products available for purchase.

Exchanges

Since we cannot accept returns on food or plant items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

While we cannot accept returns of food or plant items, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us at [email protected]. In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 In order to be eligible for a refund, all orders need to send a visual of the issue.

For plant orders  to be elibile for a refund, they need to be opened day of arrival and we need to be contacted within 24 hours. All  plant purchasers must select priority mail as form of shipping. Damage occurred to due to extended time in packaging is not responsibility of the business owner.

There is no refund on postage.

Is Everything Organic?

We grow everything on the farm organically. However,  not everything is organic. Certain bulbs, corms and transplants that we use have been treated which makes these items not qualified for the label. In addition, some of our specialty food  products contain items that are not certified organic.
