Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons of Dizzy Lizzie’s Organic Garlic Onion Powder
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pounds of your choice of meat/veggie (chicken, pork, beef, tofu, portobello mushroom, etc.)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the spices, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Transfer the marinade to a large ziplock bag and add the meat/veggie. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the meat until done, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade.
