Wow… what a day! Lots of sunshine, lots of smiles, and lots of blueberries! 🫐☀️
With so many blueberry pickers, we honestly thought the bushes would be picked clean by the end of Saturday. Little did we know there were still plenty of berries ripening and waiting to be picked, so our Sunday U-Pick visitors got to enjoy those too!
It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces along with so many first-time visitors. We loved sharing the farm with all of you—whether you came to pick blueberries, feed the birds, stroll through the gardens, shop the nursery and farm store, sample our specialty foods, or simply spend a beautiful day in the country.
One of the best parts of the day was hearing so many returning customers comment on how much the farm has grown and all the improvements we’ve made over the years. Those comments mean more to us than you know. They remind us how far we’ve come and make all the hard work worthwhile.
To top it all off, we wrapped up the day with our annual family BBQ, and within 20 minutes of packing everything away, three little ducklings hatched! 🐥💛 We couldn’t have asked for a better ending to such a wonderful day.
