Responsibilities:

– Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
– Package and prepare crops for distribution
– Perform basic math calculations for measuring and weighing produce
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

-Definitely must be able to lift 50 pounds

– Follow safety protocols and adhere to food industry standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a farm or agricultural setting is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
•  PLUS: Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
