Traditionally, this powder is used in Korea to make bright red kimchi. Who doesnt like that goodness? In this form, it can be used to add bright, citrusy flavor to any recipe. Definitely doesnt pack the force of our Cayenne powder. But what it lacks in heat it certainly makes up with in taste.
